It can often be difficult to talk to those closest to us. A counsellor is someone you can talk to in a different way, someone who will listen to you, who will not judge you or tell you what to do.
Counselling is about helping you work things out for yourself. It can help you look at things differently. It can help you feel better.
Clients are encouraged to recognise and achieve their own potential, as well as take responsibility for their life choices.
As we work together I will endeavour to help clients change the things they can, accept what they can't and develop new life skills as required.
